Great customer service!! Called Thursday for free estimates. Was provided multiple options, services, detailed info. New water heater installed Friday. Professional, courteous installers. Overall great experience. Will use Heeter again and recommend to family, friends!

Heeter Plumbing returned to my house for the second time, not because the didn’t fix my issue the 1st time, they did. My aging home needs some attention. Both visits encompassed exceptional service. Heeter Plumbing was very knowledgeable, courteous and accommodating to my repair needs, and as a bonus the price for repair very reasonable. We just had a plumber at our home from Heeter. He was kind and personable as well as very qualified. The reason I am leaving a review is that when he was leaving he noticed there was something wrong with our door. He went and got a screwdriver and had it fixed in 2 minutes. Really impressed with his kindness and very nice to see service that is well above the expected norms these day. Thank you Heeter Plumbing.

Needed our main line cleared in a hurry. They sent someone next day, cleared the drain and also spotted an issue with the city drain as well. Everything was wrapped up by late afternoon. Bryan was awesome, very helpful and knowledgeable. We will be calling Heeter Plumbing any time we have a need for service. Highly satisfied customer.

This is an excellent company I have used for a house addition (bathroom) 10 yrs ago, and since then a toilet leak issue, sink faucet replacement as well as outside faucets. This past summer/fall they were able to help find and repair a major (sub slab foundation) leak, and then most recently helped me determine a leak was NOT coming from a pipe in the ceiling, but was a roof flashing leak instead!! They’ve always done a great job and listen to owner input! If I’ve ever had any complaint, is was dealt with graciousness and MORE THAN fair treatment! I love their courteous staff, and of course the plumbers, themselves are just great guys. Two thumbs up !! ( 3 if I had an extra hand!) 👍🏻👍🏻 Dr. Bob Brandt, Jr.

Mike R. came to the rescue. I absolutely love this company and the great team of employees who have helped us with our plumbing issues since buying our current home.
